However, we cannot guarantee that other parties will not, without our consent, gain access to these services.
You may remove your profile from our searchable directories at any time. However, consultant seekers or corporations who have accessed to the directory services, and other parties who have otherwise gained access to the directory services, may have retained a copy of your profile in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes by any of such parties while profiles are in their database.
- When submitted for editorial purposes:
If you submit personally identifying information for editorial purposes, such as name, company or title, it may be used for editorial purposes, such as letters to the editor, calendar items, articles, etc.
- When submitted via "Email this to a Friend
" feature:
When a user of Med Industry Consultants LLc uses this feature, they are asked to supply their friend's name and email address to automatically send the friend a one-time email version of the job.
